Build your entire 2026 inside your custom Notion calendar.

We’ll map your year quarter-by-quarter: Goals, launches, timelines, content anchors — and put it directly into your personalized Notion system. You’ll leave with a complete, usable plan.

✨Follow the exact planning workflow I use to run my multi-6 figure business. I’ll guide you through the same process I use to structure my $300K+ year

✨ Plan offline first, then digital. You’ll use post-its, prompts, worksheets, and guided checkpoints so your decisions are strong before they go into Notion.

✨An inspiring curated space. Werklab, Grandview Woodland — chosen for focus, clarity, and creativity.

✨Lunch + founder community. Eat, connect, talk business, and plan your next-level year with an intimate group.

✨Post-event plan review. Once your plan is complete, I’ll personally review it and give you notes to refine and strengthen it.

I’d love to see you there! I’ve priced tickets affordably because I want you to have your most profitable year yet.

Issue 3 is here!

The Honest Feed is my newsletter about what’s dying, what’s emerging, and how to build an online presence that isn’t dependent on virality, trends, or being “on” all the time.

After 12 years working online, these are my honest takes about the patterns I’ve watched rise and collapse, to the strategies that continue to work quietly and consistently in the background.

Each issue breaks down what’s happening on social (with a key focus on Instagram), how it impacts the way we sell, and simple ways to grow without losing your voice (or your sanity).

I denied it for a long time, really the entire time.

You see, I became an influencer within 90 days of starting my Instagram account, but I swore I was “better,” that I didn’t fall into the influencer box because I was doing things differently.

And now, nearly five years to the day, I’m finally able to sit down and reflect on what my quick ascent into exponential visibility (visibility I’ll likely never get back) truly cost me — both in the getting, and in the letting go.

To avoid a long backstory, I’ll summarize:

Everything took off for me around March 2021. Two months after starting my Instagram account from zero, I was posting carousels about the general marketing expertise I’d acquired working at a variety of startups and through my wildly varied consulting work.

It won’t surprise you to hear that this approach yielded me the grand total of 36 followers after two weeks — despite the fact that what I was posting was some of the best marketing strategy I’d personally executed working with the big boys like Apple, Google, Meta (fka Facebook).

Lucky for me, Reels were brand new, and I took the “we’re shoving this down everyone’s throat” energy as a sign that Meta really wanted us to double down on short-form video.

Anyone who’s worked in tech knows this: the industry runs on imitation, iteration, and consolidation. One company launches a feature, and suddenly every other platform scrambles to build a near-identical version. It’s the cycle: compete, copy, acquire, collapse into sameness.

This isn’t limited to tech either. Media is moving in the same direction (all owned by the seven richest men in the world), with companies absorbing each other until everything feels indistinguishable. At this point, even a headline like Netflix buying HBO feels predictable.

So there I was:

Reels were hot AF and I started posting a lot of them.

They brought in way more eyeballs, but my marketing advice — the stuff I knew could genuinely help people — still wasn’t cutting it. So I got specific. I leaned into the one thing I knew like the back of my hand (better, really): Instagram itself.

Here’s something you may not realize:

On every platform, the people who talk about how to use it will always grow. Back then when I first came on the scene, there were countless people talking about Instagram growth and monetization. But the audience (and the algorithm) was discerning — anyone who didn’t have the actual chops eventually disappeared or pivoted.

So yes, I grew quickly in month two because I talked about Instagram.

But the reason I stayed relevant is because I was willing to push deeper and sacrifice more of myself and my boundaries.

Even with all of that early momentum, I was… unsettled. Hundreds of customers, every big brand imaginable trying to partner, press features, podcast invites, and constant 50K–300K reels — and something felt hollow. Something wasn’t connecting for me internally.

It took me giving birth to my second child, experimenting with a life in Lisbon, and hitting my first $200K year (all without ads) to finally admit it:
