When are the live coaching calls?
The live group coaching calls take place every week on Tuesdays at 11am EST and Wednesdays at 5pm EST. Replays are always posted the same day complete with time stamps, action items and key questions so you can choose where to watch. We also have a private podcast where you can listen to each session if you prefer to learn that way.

What if I can't attend the calls?
We’ve had people never attend a live call and still see results. Replays are posted same-day and include detailed time stamps, action items and key questions asked so you can get what you need and move on. Remember, you’ll have access to the Content Review channel to get actionable feedback on any of your assets (your offers, sales pages, emails, Reels, carousels, copy, captions etc).

I don’t have a group offer yet, will you help me come up with one?
We will help you refine your existing offer and help you market it and position it. If you have no group offer yet, we will help you sell your one to one first before moving onto the group offer.

Do you focus on all social channels or only on IG?
We focus primarily on Instagram but we may sometimes discuss Threads in coaching calls as well.

Do I need to do Instagram ads? Or is this all organic?
The program teaches organic strategies. You do not need to run Instagram ads.
No. The Social Department isn’t designed for beginners. It’s built for coaches, service providers, and founders who already know the basics of Instagram but are stuck making it work for sales. If you're brand new, start by booking a 1:1 call with Kar.

What if I’m not good at designing graphics?
We have a library of templates that you can choose from inside the program! If you like Kar's templates from her own Instagram, you're going to LOVE these. Just drag and drop your own colors, fonts and pictures and you'll be ready to post.
