I’m back from Maui where Max and I spent 6 glorious days (sans kids) celebrating the wedding of some friends.

It was GREAT to get away and not open my laptop knowing that my business runs itself (literally) while I’m away with very little preparation beforehand on my side.

I do this with very clear systems and SOPs and a lean team: I currently have one VA and two Co-Coaches for The Social Department.

I’ll be offering a Mastermind on how you can streamline your own systems and operations in the future so if you’re interested in staying in the know about when I open the doors to the 8 spots just click here

I posted a recap if you’re interested in seeing more pics here! Plus here are two great Reel ideas for you to save for your next vacation Reel. I keep a folder called Vacation so I can keep it organized.

 Reel 2

I posted Episode 2 of Auditing Your Profile so that you can conduct your very own audit over the course of my series. But if you want me to do it instead in a video format with your own page of notes you’ll be happy to know that my Profile Power Ups are now 35% OFF.

Now let’s talk about something I really want you to know.

If you have a business that relies on Instagram for clients, you need a strategist on retainer.

Full stop.

Because posting just to post isn’t a strategy. And spending hours trying to figure out what works (or why your content isn’t converting) is draining time and energy you could be using to actually grow your business.

That’s where Plot and Post comes in—a done-for-you content system that removes the stress of planning, so you can focus on showing up, selling, and scaling.

This is for you if you’re ready to:

✔️ Open a gorgeous Notion content calendar and already have a strategic idea ready to go for every day of the week for a full month in advance

✔️ Have an Instagram plan that ties directly into your sales calendar so that sales aren’t an afterthought but a priority

✔️ Start building their email list full of leads because your content makes sense for the freebies or lead magnets that you’ve spent so much time creating

✔️ Grab a pre-written hook, pair it with a b-roll clip or a talk-to-camera video, and post in minutes

Here’s what’s inside Plot & Post:

  • 30 days of strategic content: No more guessing! I will personally outline your next month’s calendar to build your brand, grow your audience, and convert.
  • Pre-written hooks: Crafted to pull in your ideal clients and keep them engaged.
  • Custom content series: I’ll outline custom series for you that position you as the go-to with themes that make sense for your brand.
  • A Notion content calendar – Your go-to hub where everything is organized, clear, and ready when you need it. Simply drag and drop to move things around and add ideas of your own keeping everything in once place.
  • A 60-minute strategy call: We’ll meet every 90 days to map out a plan that aligns with your business goals so every post moves you forward and my calendar is aligned with your plans.

How Plot & Post Works:

1️⃣ Open your Notion content calendar

2️⃣ Choose the idea of the day

3️⃣ Record a quick talk-to-camera video OR drop in a simple b-roll clip

4️⃣ Post & move on with your day

That’s it. No overthinking. No scrambling for ideas. No content chaos.

Instead of spending hours every week searching for inspiration, you’ll spend minutes posting content that actually works.

This is for the coach, service-based entrepreneur or product business owner who’s done with:

❌ Staring at a blank screen trying to come up with ideas every day and second guessing everything you plan ahead of time

❌ Wasting time searching for “trending” audio that’s already overused

❌ Feeling like they have to reinvent the wheel every single day

❌ Feeling behind constantly

❌ Doesn’t want to spend all their time on Instagram but knows how important it is for awareness

The investment is $1,250 per month and all you need to do is reply to this email to claim your spot or ask me any questions.

Save hours every week and start posting content that actually grows your brand.

You’re not “bad at content,” you just need a plan.

My biz ran itself while I was in Maui. Here’s how.
