Two people came to my workshop this week.

They have different businesses and are at different stages, but when I asked them both what finally made them decide to join The Revenue Studio, they said almost exactly the same thing.

They were tired of carrying the whole strategy alone.

The first one has been in business for years. She had a membership, a following, and past launches that made her $100k.

But in the last few years after having kids, Instagram stopped feeling easy.

Launches were a drag, she had an idea she knew could be big, but she couldn’t tell if it was the right one, and she had nobody to help her pressure-test it.

She kept ending up in the same cycle: motivated, then burned out, and wondering if she should even keep going.

She came to the workshop and booked a call the next day. She just joined yesterday.

The second person I want to tell you about is in the middle of a pivot.

She left a corporate career to build her own consulting business and has been getting clients through referrals and her network, but had no real system underneath any of it.

She has no funnel and no way to plan a quarter without starting from scratch every single time.

She’s an expert in her field but couldn’t seem to execute it for herself the way she could for everyone else.

She came to the workshop, booked a call and saw the roadmap. She’s in.

Neither of them needed more information.

They needed a system, a structure, and a real human in their corner who can look at what they’ve built and tell them exactly what to do next and why.
